Two engines that put label IDs back in order
Definition
Re-Label (missing) renumbers the surviving labels of a coded imageLoading... into a contiguous sequence, 1 to N, closing the gaps that removal steps leave. Re-Label (missing, duplicates) does the same, but first finds any ID shared by physically separate regions (from an upstream merge or an editing artifact) and gives each region its own. Neither engine moves a pixel; only the numbers change.
