TermDescription
Assign Classes to Objects Assign Classes to Objects Engine Labels each detected event with a class using explicit rules, such as marker positivity, gates, or proximity zones.
Density of Events Density of Events Engine Turns event positions into a smooth density map: how many events lie near each point of the tissue.
Derived Measurements New measurements computed from existing ones, such as ratios, differences, or normalized scores.
Dot Measurements Dot Measurements Engine Counts and measures detected dots per cell (number, intensity, size), as in FISH copy-number scoring.
Membrane Measurements Membrane Measurements Engine Measurements taken on the detected membrane, such as intensity and completeness along the cell boundary.
Raw Data The table of measurements for every event in a layer; double-click a row to find that event in the image.
Standard Measurements The core per-event measurements: size, shape, position, and intensity in each channel.
