The PanoBrain + StrataQuest batch pipeline:
- Scan — PanoBrain batch-processes all slides automatically
- Register — Panolyzer assigns atlas coordinates to each section
- Segment — StrataQuest detects all nuclei using deep learning
- Classify — marker-positive cells identified per channel
- Quantify — per-region measurements extracted for all atlas regions
- Export — summary tables ready for statistical analysis
A complete cohort study (20 animals, 10 sections each, 200 total sections) can be processed from slides to data tables with minimal hands-on time.
